I'm so excited to be able to announce that Happy Hounds has hired on another dog walker to help us with our leashed walks. Please welcome Holly to the pack!
Holly embodies everything that Happy Hounds is about and the dogs have already fallen love with her! Her love for all things dog and her eagerness to learn and understand your pups is pretty amazing. Can't wait for more things to come!

Happy New Year!!!
2020 was a year for the books. Things were every changing, and still are. The one thing that hasn't changed is my dedication to keeping you and your furry friends safe, happy and healthy. Currently Ontario is in a grey zone lockdown, which means many business are not able to operate. Fortunately, I am not under that category and am still in operation. I have up-ed my safety protocols and will be wearing a mask everytime I come to pick up your pets. I will also be using my own leashes to minimize contact of eachother's personal property. Again as always, please do not hesitate to contact with any questions or concerns you may have!

I have teamed up with Nadine from Raven's Feather Photography to offer my version of the front porch project she has been offering to families during this time. She snaps photos of families on the front steps of their house, with all proceeds from the photos going straight to the local food bank. My idea involved pictures with different clients as a way to say thank you, and to let families know that I am still thinking about them, missing them, and hoping we will see each other soon. I had so much fun with this and the mini-reunion I had with all my doggies who I haven't seen in a while. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who participated and was able to help me out for this awesome cause.

Keeping you safe: That is our number one priority. We understand during this uncertain time, social distancing measures have been put into place to help stop the spread of Covid-19. We are taking this situation very seriously, but understand that exercising and socializing is important to maintain the health and happiness of your fur babies.
We would like to let you know that during this time we are still operating on a revised schedule. In order to keep everyone safe, and to respect distancing rules; we will be doing single walks only, no hikes at this time.
Although many of us are distancing ourselves from home, our frontline workers are fighting this pandemic head on, and so I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you. Let me protect your dog while you are protecting us.
