For over 10 years, Jillian has worked with a variety of different animals, and this experience has helped her understand the importance and impact they have on our lives.
It started at an animal rehabilitation centre in South Africa, spending her days taking care of lions, leopard and rhino. That experience deepened her understanding of how animals thrive when they live and move together.
When she returned home, she knew her passion was helping our own furry companions live fuller, happier lives.
That's how Happy Hounds was born.

At Happy Hounds, our Adventure Hikes bring dogs together in a safe, structured pack environment where they can run, explore nature, and build confidence with other dogs.

While many dogs thrive in our pack adventures, we understand that every pup is different.
Happy Hounds also offers personalized walks and drop-in visits designed for dogs who need a little extra one-on-one attention.
Whether your dog is a puppy, a senior, recovering from an injury, or simply prefers their own space, we tailor our care to meet their individual needs.
